I'm not an obsessed shoe junkie most of the time but the new baroque wedges from Miu Miu have been haunting my dreams ever since they started popping up in all the fashion magazines. Something about these shoes with their distressed, raised pattern wood wedges that look like they were pulled straight off a building just does it for me. They look well-nigh impossible to wear and aren't really that flattering to the foot so perhaps it's just the allure of walking on architecture that has me so ensnared. At $645, these wedges with their slim patent straps probably won't be gracing my house anytime soon but a girl can dream.
