When the Transportation Security Administration made some drastic changes to what travellers could carry on-board (nothing liquid) with them earlier this summer, we posted a list of non-liquid cosmetics as alternatives that you could take with you.

The TSA has since relaxed some of the policies, and as we make plans to travel to and fro to see friends and family, we'd like to point you to their website where they keep an updated list of allowable/non-allowable things in travellers' carry-on bags. As of now, liquids and gels are allowed, but only in containers that hold 3 oz. or less, and all liquids and gels must be sealed in zip-top plastic bags that can be removed from your bags at the security check point. They even have a table dedicated solely to makeup and personal products, so make sure to check it out before you fly.
