Apparently, it's not just the people of LA who are fickle.

It's the weather, too.

Last week, I believe there was a day that was well over 85 degrees. This weekend, I felt like I was living in the North Pole (minus the snow). It's still extremely cold, so I'm totally feeling the 100% cashmere turtleneck sweater dress by Karoo by Mark Eisen.
