On our sister site, Luxist, Nicole Weston introduced Eugenia Kim's Muffy plaid hat, a topper that Nicole Richie has been sporting around town lately. To be honest, it's rare that I find myself coveting a Nicole Richie look. But I have to admit, as I stare at my very plain, black fuzzy hat, I would love to swap it out for the Muffy. The newsboy cap seems large enough to keep your ears covered, and I also dig the low slung brim and the tartan fabric, which would work with basically any jacket color aside from perhaps pink or purple. The only downside to this hat is the price -- $210 seems slightly outrageous for a winter hat.
