Normally I find fashion "advertising" pointless and pretentious, but the latest campaign from Diesel is awesome.
"Global Warming Ready" is surprisingly poignant in the midst of its fantastical absurdity -- depicting imagined future scenarios in which climate change has altered some of the world's most iconic locations. But instead of succumbing to the chaos, Diesel's models take the change in stride -- looking good and embracing the heat.
According to the label, "Global warming can't stop our lives."
But before you think they've trivializing something important, the spread does link to stopglobalwarming.org and Al Gore's climate change movie, An Inconvenient Truth.
What do you think?
