I love everything about these three, I almost don't now where to begin.

The cut of both guy's t-shirt is everywhere right now -- hairy, boyish, whatever, men are now encouraged to show their chests, apparently. On the left: polished, shiney shoes on an Austin hipster is a statement in itself, plus anyone that can pull off a leather jacket without trying to look rich is a rockstar. In addition, the hat is awesome. On the right: neckwear rules -- however you can make it happen -- an the tights with white converse looks fantastic. In the middle: a move away from super-tight boy pants? It was bound to happen sooner or later, and if anyone can do it, I bet it's that guy.

Let's not forget the pose. As this fashion-forward posse demonstrates, cool kids don't take themselves too seriously.

Two random sidenotes: 1) I ran into the guy in the middle the next morning at a cafe, and he totally didn't recognize me. Odd. 2) The girl on the right is the fashion editor for Austinist, a local scenester blog.
