Yeah I feel like my glasses are kind of my secret weapon. People don't notice that I can still see the way they look at other people,including me. I've been checked out many times and hit on. Some guys like smart girls and even though there may be a girl WAY smarter than me. She doesn't wear glasses so guys may not realize that under all of that make-up is actually some brains. It's sad that people judge character by physical appearance, but I may as well use it to my advantage.

I have to admit i was looking for something more from the article as well, such as going into the way that people look at each other and even think about each other. To see that it's nothing more than a snippet about a single person is dissapointing. On the topic of glasses it's just an accessory, perhaps they just accent her eyes.. or pull attention to them or something else about her. For me i don't care about glasses or not, i'm much more interested in someone's intelligence and how they act. ah well but what do i know.. :) i'm not hollywood. and i'm not a model. not that i really care what hollywood or models say about beauty anyway... however i do find some of their arguments amusing.

I thought there would be much more to this, but anyways... Guys do hit on girls in glasses. I've worn them for over half my life and I've had plenty of guys hit on me and boyfriends. Almost all the guys I've dated wear them also. If a guy doesn't hit on a girl because she wears glasses, he's got more issues than just the glasses.
