Just when you started to think Britney was coming around. She'd been to rehab, she hadn't made headlines for partying like a crazed, drunken teenager in at a couple weeks, and rumor was she'd been getting back in shape.

Then she decides to head out for a night dressed like what has been aptly described as a "rodeo prostitute" outfit.

Don't get me wrong, if I'd spent thousands of dollars on personal trainers to make my stomach that flat, I'd want to show it off, too -- but who walks out of the house like that? Was she going to a costume party? Did she just forget to wear pants?

Although, I have to admit, that's a really nice pair of cowboy boots.
