Metallic: it was all the rage a few months back and is still going strong. Christian Louboutin clearly doesn't want the shiny happy trend to bow out gracefully, so he has stepped it up a notch (or ten) and designed these "super metallic" shoes. Unfortunately these shoes are just all wrong -- there is such a thing as "too much of a good thing." I feel like these shoes deserve a Yo Mama joke or something. Yo shoe is so gold metallic that Flava Flav thought it was a tooth and shoved it in his mouth. All bad jokes aside, these shoes could pose some sort of XXX violation ... if you had a skirt on they would be a perverts dream come true (think about it). Yeah, gross.
At $590 these shoes are way too expensive to take a risk on the super metallic trend. Lets stick to the standard metallic, or better yet a more classic pair of Louboutins in black or nude. If you are into the super metallic thing more power to you, just make sure you order a size up because Christian Louboutin's run a tad small.
