Face Your Hairs

Lots of women feel self-conscious speaking openly about this, but facial hair is a big problem for many women. If you've been quietly plucking stubborn chin hairs or bleaching your moustache in silence, I want to tell you about many more ways you can tackle the situation.
In addition to plucking and bleaching, there are a wealth of options out there from waxing to hair removal creams to electrolysis to laser -- and they all serve a purpose.
If you have a few "witch" hairs growing out of your chin, neck or mole:
I recommend plucking with a good set of tweezers with a fine point like Tweezerman's Point Tweezers. If you don't have the best sight, electrolysis is the best way to eliminate them permanently. Electrolysis focuses on one hair follicle at a time, which is perfect for zapping a hair here and there.
If you have a lot more than a few errant hairs on your face:
Waxing is the least expensive way to go about remove lots of hair. It's important that you go to a professional waxer though, so you don't wind up burning your self with an at-home kit. Hair removal salons are popping up all over the country so find one near you. You should know that sensitive or delicate skin can break out in a rash after waxing, so it's a good idea to try this a few days before a date or family get-together.
Laser removal is another option. It's more expensive than waxing, but it's a far better alternative to permanent hair removal for this problem. Laser can treat multiple hair follicles at a time covering a wider range, unlike electrolysis.
You usually need a few laser treatments before the hairs are entirely gone, but your complexion will be smooth and flawless forever. Make sure you do your research and find a qualified dermatologist or laser expert so you don't wind up with skin discoloration.
For the dreaded moustache:
Don't just bleach the hairs. That was the old-school way of hiding the upper lip hairs but the truth is, whenever you are in daylight, everyone can see you just have a blond moustache. Also, makeup or powder tends to catch in the hairs and actually showcase them -- not a good look. Instead, opt for a drugstore-bought depilatory cream like Nair No Touch Upper Lip Cream or get a wax job at a local salon for a clean, naked upper lip.
