Heidi Klum Too Nice to Be a Decent Actress

Heidi KlumAs successful supermodels often do, Heidi Klum decided to try adding a little character to her on-camera antics, and took a shot at being an actress. While she showed up in the occasional sitcom, and starred in the Life And Death Of Peter Sellers, you probably didn't see much of Klum on TV or in the movies.

Namely, because she isn't very good.

But according to Klum, her cheerful personality is to blame for her lackluster performances. "I'm not believable if I bitch at people and whine. I can't make myself cry; can't 'go to that place,' as they say. I'm a very happy person."

Not to burst your bubble, Heidi, but sad people aren't acting when they burst into tears -- that's real life. The point when pretending to be somebody else is to, you know, pretend.

But anyway, I'm glad to hear that the now former actress will be sticking to modeling -- as that's something she's obviously very good at.

Huh? What? Heidi Klum Too Nice to Be a Decent Actress? Wrong.

Heidi Klum is too vacuous to be a good actress - or anything else except a living mannikin. It's simple when you think about it.

You're attractive, Heidi. Just stand there, smile, get a billion dollars and go buy more stuff, have sex, do a little dope and then eat something. That's the meaning of life.

They are 100% right.. when an actor is sad it's called acting and I'm sure Julia Roberts has a nice personality too....but she can act....Heidi is making an excuse for being a bad actor.....I have seen her not so nice on Project Runway, but anyway I do think she is an awesome model and she is a beautiful woman!!

When you look like Heidi and have had such success not only in your professional career but in your life I really don't think anyone saying she can't act will keep her up at nights. Besides, she can improve her acting skills. I only wish I had such drama in my life.

I know she can act. I have seen her act. Not bad I say, She may not be as good to win an Oscar. With perseberence and more practice, I know someday soon she will be a darn good actress. Give the lady a break!

Pretty people do not have bad life experience to draw from to make good actors. Everyone goes out of their way for them, and they seldom get put in their place.

I think we all know that Acting is the art of imginary cercumstances. Lieing is lieing! Actors don't lie. Thier emotions are real. That's why the get paid the big bucks. How do I know this? I'm one of them.

To posters 12 & 13 -- David & Rob in LA --- WHAT is your problem? # 1A - Heidi is NOT a slut. And Rob, what is your malfunction with Heidi marrying Seal?? We all have "soul mates" in this life and Heidi is obviously deliriously happy with this man, so what is your problem? Because he is black? (and VERY black at that.) They have beautiful children together and a very happy, loving life. I can only guess that the two of you are serverly immature and jealous of the joy Heidi has found her life. Doesn't matter if she found it with a little green space man, she has found true happiness, she is "home". Why is that a threat to you? As far as acting, she could use lessons and as beautiful as Heidi is, it may be well worth her while. She can sure afford to study with the best. There's nothing wrong with being such a totally happy person. We should all be so blessed in this life to find that pure happiness and contentment in this life that Heidi has found. She is surely blessed. I don't think that the name calling fools and the bigots can even bring her down as she has it ALL..She's found her niche and her home in Seal and her children. I pray for her that it only gets better and should she choose to act, I wish her all the best. Heidi is a beautiful woman both inside and out and there are very few people anymore in Hollywood that you can say that about. Actually other than Heidi, the only one this minute that comes to mind is Julia Roberts. They have it all, and I wish them love and happiness always.

It is so fitting that the racist comments come from the "brilliant people" that live in the South.
Cracks me up! You have substandard living, substandard education (obviously). Any Northerner that seels employment is immed. hired due to the brains/wisdom/work ethic you don't have. Laughing out Loud at your idiocy!

Heidi if acting is what you want to do keep at it. Get the right part and show them what you can do.

To Squeegis -- Do you have any idea how RIGHT you are? (LOL) Honestly? I lived in FL for 14 years and I am a born and bred "yankee". The education is totally substandard (Thank God my kids are out of those schools!) and they are the most hateful, racist people around. Southern Hospitality my behind! VERY few truly have that. Also, when my husband and I took jobs there we excelled and got promotion after promotion since the southerners move so slowly and truly have no work ethic. This is NOT ALL SOUTHERNERS, but plenty of them. You hit the nail on the head. Thing is, the racists here need to be hit on the head. ..To Tom - The OBJECT she married? Why? Oh yeah, he is a black man - obviously since you mentioned "color blind". Actually, I taught my children to be "color blind". They have friends of all races and creeds and they're BEST friends. Because their skin is a different color does not make them any worse a person and you can clearly see the love Seal has for Heidi. We should have someone who loves us as much and as completely. Very few couples in Hollywood are beautiful people inside and out and I'm talking BOTH as far as the couple. Now I can only think of Heidi and Seal and Julia Roberts and Danny Modder (sp?). Brad and Angelina - well, they have their problems..unlike them. Seal and Heidi have it all - a beautiful family, true love for each other, careers that make them happy. WHAT difference does it make if Heidi happened to choose a man whose skin just happens to be darker than hers? He bleeds red, he hurts, he loves, he has every emotion and feeling any of us do. his skin is darker, so freaking what? Some of you need to grow the heck up! Heidi can act with some lessons and she should go for it if it's a passion she wants. She is beautiful inside and out and she and Seal are VERY blessed. May they always be as happy as in love as they are today and may the racists all get a life since Heidi has a very beautiful and happy life whether the bigots like it or not.
