Perhaps it's a little late in the season to be looking at short-sleeved minidresses with fairly high hemlines, but it's definitely not late at all to shop sales.The black and white striped minidress by Vince was $120, but is now $47.50 at Saks. The rayon and Lycra jersey dress features a modest scoop neck, ruching to add volume to the bustline, and short, fitted sleeves. Hitting at mid-thigh, the dress isn't all that short, but for fall, it definitely calls out for a pair of black leggings.
