The "accessory" was just spotted in Karl Lagerfeld's Chanel runway show.With celebrities like Eve, Michelle Rodriguez and Lindsay Lohan sporting the court-required anklet, we've grown somewhat accustomed plastic black trackers, but to morph it into an accessory -- that's just plain weird.
