For those of you who have been living under a rock this month, October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. Each year Saks Fifth Avenue has their Viva la Cure campaign, which includes a designer t-shirt.
Juicy Couture designs this year's limited edition Key to The Cure shirt and 100% of the proceeds go to the Women's Cancer Research Fund, a program of the Entertainment Industry Foundation.
Last week, the Rockefeller Center ice skating arena went pink (literally) for the 2007 Viva la Cure campaign launch party. Steve Sadove, CEO and chairman of Saks, and Brooke Shields hosted the event, which brought together campaign supporters, who enjoyed cocktails and good times.
Some of the celebrities who attended included Kristin Davis, fashion designer Nanette Lepore, Amanda Peet, and Gossip Girl star Blake Lively.
In the campaign's eighth year, Saks Fifth Avenue has already raised more than $20 million.
