She is a pretty lady, but this dress is giving her a 'box-ish' appearance and her 'ho-hum' body language seems to reflect that. Maybe, a sparklely smile with a loosening of the blue noose around her neck might give her some holiday cheer, hmmm?

I say Hot. Maybe it is blue, but it looks teal to me. The dash of color brightens it up.
