You wouldn't normally think of blue as a holiday color, and, if Tea's dress is any indication, I'm not sure it works (at least the shape is flattering). The scarf/cape thing, however, is super fun, and is a great accent to an otherwise lackluster ensemble. Extra points for matching the colors of the event she was attending!So, overall, is this is a good look, or is it time to send Tea back to the holiday party drawing board?
