Don't be so smug about being able to do the task of applying eye shadow. I have a few friends and acquaintances who would love to do something so simple. Two of them have multiple sclerosis, and the others have other neurological problems.

ok I will say its a great idea but as a pro make-up artist ladies this is lazy plus with a little creativity you can do a much better job on your own

I think that this would be a great product to take on trips. It wouldnt take much room in a suitcase, and you dont have to worry about bringing eyeshadow and applicators. You dont have to worry about loosing your favorite eyeshadow, and you don thave to worry about it breaking in your bag. Plus, if you check out the website, you can customize your own set and choose your own colors.

I agree with Alice. Not everyone is able to apply eye makeup properly.
I a blind in one eye and unable to put eye makeup on well. I would love to try this. Thanks Alice for speaking out on this... :)

Avon already has nail polish that is "applied" via a sticker. This idea isn't so far-fetched. I should add that the polish "stickers" Avon sells works very well!

I think it is a great idea... i try and try and try to do well with my eye make up.. but when i get new colors... it always goes down the tubes.... i can never figure out good ways to do it. so i end up sticking with the same old colors.... i WANT variety!! i would certainly try these!

no lazier than pulling up to a drive thru instead of getting your fat a** out of the car to get food or any other so called conveinences to make peoples lives easier

I would use these if they had like, a smokey eye "sticker" because every time I've tried blending that myself, I look like a crack hooker! I checked out the website, and they're all pretty easy to do yourself with your own eyeshadow if you just look at the picture when you do it. The only neat one was the last pack that was prints, and it had leopard print, zebra stripes, and camo pattern. That would be neat for a halloween or something not everyday. That would be too hard for me to re-do with shadow myself. Other than that...waste of money for $18!!

I don't think I'm lazy because I don't wear make up, I don't wear make up because I don't feel like, and when I do, I do wear it. I'm a bit offended by this article, I do like the product but not this article. this was not nice at all. especially this part:
"We will assume then, that these stickers are really just meant for women who are just too lazy to do the work themselves"

I agree with Alice. People who have neurological problems, arthritis or other muscular issues (i.e., MS) can use these. They don't require as much in the way of holding small brushes and reduce the risk of the user accidentally poking themselves in the eye.
The author of this article really needs to THINK before committing her thoughts to any medium for the world to see.

I think its a great idea ! just what kind of make-up is it? Cover-girl, Max Factor??? or Heaven forbid........... CHINA???

Or those who are blind as bats! I can't even see the mirror when I take off my glasses. It's one of the reasons I dont' wear makeup. My nose is LITERALLY touching the glass when I do eye makeup!

There are women who have medical disorders that prevent them from doing the most simple task, for them this is a great idea. The negative comments regarding this new product and other new ideas really are not needed. Thank God that people are willing to invent such new ideas, without them we would have no progress in the world.

i agree on how the article was written very close minded someone didnt take the time to really think about how others would feel after they read it. articles that are written like this should be kept in a private journal.

I also found this article particularly ignorant. So apparently if a woman spends time doing her make-up she's high maintenance but if she takes a shortcut she's lazy?? I've always been interested in ways to make the process faster and still be able to get those different looks and effects that i've seen but haven't been able to create myself. has the author ever even worn make-up because judging by her comments she either doesn't or does it poorly because there can definitely be more to it than just "sweeping neutral color over the eye". and someone else also noted that this could be good for people with arthritis, MS and any other neurological disorders that might affect a person's abilities to coordinate their movements enough to put on makeup. furthermore what about people who are short on time and don't want to lug around an entire make-up bag to freshen up after work. or performers who have to make quick costume/hair/makeup changes? i think it's a great idea as long as the shadow actually shows up and stays on. now if they could just make a foundation sticker i would be all set....
