Some of you may have heard about Gary Busey's weird attack on Jennifer Garner and Laura Linney at Sunday's Oscars -- it's one for the ages. As Ryan Seacrest is interviewing the two actresses about what they're wearing, you hear a annoying, gravelly voice interrupting and then the magic begins.

No one's sure quite what the perma-fried actor was thinking when he butted in, or why he felt so euphoric in a situation where he was clearly making everyone very uncomfortable.
