Menswear at Rip the Runway was showcased in just two collections, but those two collections were miles apart:

Rich & Infamous is Snoop Dogg's brand spankin' new line, is about a lifestyle, not a look (the Doggfather's words, not mine), and it was very much what you'd expect from the rapper -- laid back but still full of attitude. It consisted of tees, sweats and casual jackets, and is primed to be hot urban street wear this year. Oh, also, Snoop performed while Rich & Infamous and CoCoRi (his wife's line for the ladies) showed, and his ring was bigger than his hand. Of course.

Sean John, by Diddy, has been a go-to brand for urban fashion for several years now, and it's no wonder -- I mean, look at how the man dresses! Who wouldn't some of that for himself? Anyway, Sean John was shown to the music of Diddy's Making the Band winner Day 26. That man is always promoting. There was nice use of light, summery colors, and the men heated things up by showing off six packs that would send Usher back to the gym for an extra workout. The styles ranged from an impeccable three piece suit and red carpet-worthy gray tux to casual plaid shorts and tees.
