Right off the bat I have to say that I HATE this -- if I'm going to wear a garter of any sort, it's going to have more silk or lace or overall hotness going on. But that's just me.I suppose the Garter Tank could come in handy for those times when you're wearing a plain white tank with stockings ... it just seems to me like stockings and garters don't really go with a white tank. Am I nuts?
