Marc is having each earring engraved with one of the twin's initials, M & E -- For Max and Emme, in case you've been living under a rock and haven't heard what J-Lo named her spawn. The earrings are Marc's way of saying thank you to Jennifer, for giving birth to his skeletor babies.
