The "most expensive flip-flops in the world"
Attention all suckers for luxury products -- this is the shoe for you. These flip-flops are made with a "patent pending ultra-sports shoe base" and feature "hand-matched crocodile straps for magnificent comfort." Somehow, this means that they're worth $400 -- a price so high, that it makes these rather unfortunate looking sandals are the "most expensive production flip-flops in the world."
Setting aside the fact that this is easily 100 times more than what you should pay for this type of footwear, let's focus, for a moment, on just how ugly these $400 sandals really are. They look like trumped up Tevas -- something you'd see on a middle-aged hippie dude out playing Frisbee with his stoner buddies. They're enormous, the shape is circa 2001, and the oh-so-exclusive crocodile straps will only remind anyone you meet that money does not equal taste.
Shockingly, while these are the world's most expensive "production" flip-flops, the most expensive one-of-a-kind flip-flops are quite a bit more expensive -- $1,800 for a pair.
