While most people would probably just think that it was a poor fashion choice, others, like Fox News commentator Michelle Malkin, took it to another level, who ranted about it in her column and threatened a Dunkin Donuts boycott.
The scarf is a black-and-white silk scarf in a paisley design and was selected by a stylist -- Ray's rep swears no symbolism was intended. Gee, you think? If only Rachel Ray were a little less suspicious looking. You know, with more of a slightly annoying girl-next-door appeal ...

That is the height of ridiculous! I am beyond outraged! Michelle Malkin must be an idiot! She should be fired if she went on a rant about a woman wearing a scarf. Are we all going crazy? I can't believe Dunkin Donuts pulled a Rachael Ray ad over a flippin scarf! Not only are the terroists going to kill us all - before they do that they are going to decree what we can and cannot wear? I think perhaps Michelle Malkin should move to one of those countries where they are already doing that.
