Since the CFDA Fashion Awards are happening write now as we type this, we can't tell you who won yet, because we don't know. But, pictures of the celebrities arrivals are up, so we can tell you who's a fashion winner in our eyes.Mandy Moore looked like a vision in blue. Thank goodness, we've missed her. Now that's she's barely making music, and doesn't seem to be starring in any more awesome chic flicks (don't deny it, you know you love A Walk to Remember), we're hoping her next project will be a fashion line. She's always a hit on the red carpet.

People love to hate on Posh Spice -- we do too -- it's just too easy. But we'll give credit where credit's due. She was fierce at these awards. High fashion is her thang and she knows it! The woman can take an outfit that would have any mere mortal of a woman begging for mercy and wear the hell out of it.
The one shoulder dress continues to be a hot trend, but let's just put it this way -- we've seen one too many look alike dresses this season. When the one shoulder goes out of style, all we'll say is "Don't let the door hit you on the way out."
