Moral Fabric: What t-shirts are made of

Whit Honea is a slacker, a borderline degenerate, and a daydream believer. He's also our resident expert on casual chic. If it's comfortable, and not heinous, he's all over it. He's quite charming, really.

Moral Fabric
is a t-shirt company that originated in Texas. Their passion is to make t-shirts that "focus on the psychedelic art movement of the 60's and 70's, ancient Middle Eastern mosaic patterns, perception vs. reality, spiritual ideologies, and the intelligent designs of Mother Nature." You know, cool stuff.

Moral Fabric recently moved their operation to Las Vegas. Yes, that Las Vegas. What does a company centered on morality do when in Vegas? They change their name, of course (everything else stays there). That's why you'll see MFSC referenced in places on their website. That stands for Moral Fabric Sin City. They say they love the irony. We're fans as well.

Not only are their designs intriguing, but they use only organic cotton- all of which is either grown in Texas or Peru, under fair trade agreements, and you know how happy that makes us.

Dress your morality.

Thus, America received the benefit of the doubt – even when self-interest was evidently mixed with a just cause. However, has America lost legitimacy? If so, then how did this happen and does it even matter? Does power really need legitimacy? In this video Martine Letts argues that America's Moral Authority is still alive and kicking.
