Over the past few months, supermodel Agyness Deyn has transformed from an exclusive Italian Vogue cover girl to somewhat of an international celebrity.

She's released a music video with indie band The Five O'Clock Heroes' for their single Who, which she lends her raspy vocals to. Mulberry, the UK's less obnoxious answer to Coach, named a supple leather tote after her. And just recently, Nylon caught the babe filming a short film in Central Park.



This weekend, we caught word of another movie project the budding actress maybe working on, too:

It's rumored Deyn will have a starring role in the BBC's upcoming Doctor Who Christmas special. If the Manchester native is given the role, she'll follow in the foot steps of Kylie Minogue and comedian Bernard Cribbins.

By the way, Doctor Who is by no means related our beloved Dr. Seuss. No, Doctor Who is a British science fiction show that "depicts the adventures of a mysterious alien time-traveler known as 'the Doctor' who travels in his space and time-ship, The Tardis."
