Victoria Beckham to design high-end dresses
Apparently Victoria Beckham is tired of just wearing expensive clothing -- she wants to design it, too. She has already designed a line of jeans (which hasn't actually done too well, in large part because she put very little effort into promoting the line), and now she has decided to try her hand at something with which she's a little more familiar -- upscale dresses.
Posh disclosed to WWD that she's working on a line of "sophisticated, high end dresses," which we can expect to see in September. She expects them to retail around $1200 and up because she's using "very expensive fabrics and finishes, lots of embroideries."
We're actually pretty excited to see what Posh comes up with -- we hope she includes the types of batty designs we would expect to see on her. If it's anything less, we're prepared to be completely disappointed.
