It's that time of year again. The ten finalists for the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund award have been announced and the list reads as follows:

Richard Chai; Jason Wu; Alexander Wang; Irene Neuwirth; Albertus Q. Swanepoel of Albertus Quartus; Alejandro Ingelmo; Juan Carlos Obando; Swaim and Christina Hutson of Obedient Sons & Daughters; John Patrick of Organic, and Lisa Mayock and Sophie Buhai of Vena Cava.


The one who can make the judges swoon over their streamline dresses, immaculately tailored jackets, or ripped denim jeans will win up to $200,000. But don't feel too bad for the two runner-ups. They'll receive $50,000 each to keep churning out their fresh designs.

We have our money on Alexander Wang. He's tattered pantyhose and blazers are too cool to be denied the top honor.
