Band-Aids have been showing up as fashion statements for years. Nelly sported the seemingly pointless face bandage back in 2002, and Bai Ling has been showing up with decorative bandages on her legs for all kinds of red carpet events.
Designer band-aids are now hitting the market -- Marc Jacobs sold some that said "Ouch!" and "Boo! Boo!" and now the boldly patterned bandages by Brazilian designer Alexandre Herchcovich have been gaining popularity. For the goofier crowd, there are funky band-aids available at Fred Flare.

Truthfully, we have no problem with wearing fun band-aids, especially if they work with our outfits. But only if we have an actual cut or scrape -- we just can't get on board with wearing them just for the sake of wearing them. What do you think?
