Take a deep breath and brace yourself. We have another beauty pageant nudity scandal on our hands. Shocking, we know. Dayana Mendoza, winner of this year's Miss Universe crown, took naked pictures back in the day, and now they're back to haunt her.

But, slow down -- let's not get too excited here. They're really not all that *ahem* titillating. Yes, that was a pun. So if you got that you've probably figured it out by now -- you won't find any full frontals or even the hint of a nipple in Dayana's photos.

Is that really even scandal worthy? We don't think so and neither does the Miss Universe Organization. When asked for comment, an official said that they believe the photos are "artistic in nature, and they don't have an ounce of pornographic content to them."

While it's true the photos don't have an ounce of pornographic nature to them, we're just wondering -- by artistic, did the official mean made for Maxim?
