Posh to show without a show at New York Fashion Week
Victoria Beckham's new dress collection won't be shown on the runway at New York Fashion Week, but that doesn't mean Posh will be a no-show. She's taking a different route -- allowing pre-approved editors and buyers to fondle the frocks "by appointment only over a several day period" during Fashion Week.
Vic's decision makes us wonder what to expect from this line of "sophisticated, high end dresses." Is she shielding the collection from anyone who might review her negatively? Is she aiming for an air of exclusivity and mystery? Perhaps both, or something else altogether. With Posh at the helm, one never knows.
