A recent British survey asked people what they thought the
worst fashion faux pas of the summer was, and the number one response was "socks with sandals." We agree -- it's a bad, bad look -- but there were plenty of other fashion tragedies this summer.
As summer comes to an end, we'd like to take a moment to find out what
you think was the worst trend/tragedy of the season for men or women. Was it something people took great pains to do, or was it something that was more of a mistake?
Worst fashion faux pas of the summer| Socks with sandals | 33 (16.1%) |

| Muffin top | 49 (23.9%) |
|---|
| Crocs | 82 (40.0%) |

| Speedos | 12 (5.9%) |

| Cutoff jean shorts | 7 (3.4%) |
|---|
| Excess body hair | 20 (9.8%) |

| Other -- I'll tell you in the comments | 2 (1.0%) |

Along those lines, which do you think is worse? When someone commits a heinous crime of fashion because they're trying, or when they seem to stumble into one in their search for convenience?
