Just before Miss Miley Cyrus hosted the 2008 Teen Choice Awards in August, she wore a little blue sequined number. At the time, we despised the entire outfit. However, after seeing some more photos and carefully separating the dress from the boot, we realized we love the dress – just not with that shoe. We get it that Miley loves her some boots but shesh!Anyhoo, back to that cute dress. With the right sandal and accessories that thing is adorable!
