27-year-old St. Louis native Courtney Crawford wants his shoes to be "repulsively attractive" - we wouldn't say that these shoes are"repulsive' but would warn that these shoes are for the, um, bold.
The trendiest shoes this season have a bit of a cartoonish element to them and these are no exception. The platform is hidden under the turquoise leather upper which gives the shoe a futuristic profile (see below) - add 4-inch spike heels and a sharp cutout detail, and you have a shoe made for a comic book heroine.
