Balenciaga's Nicolas Ghesquiere (at right) has relied on French artist Dominique Gonzalez-Foerster to help design the interiors of more than one Balenciaga store, and now he's poised to return the favor.
On October 24 and 25, Gonzalez-Foerster will be part of theanyspacewhatever, an installation at the Guggenheim Museum in New York City. The artist's contribution will feature costumes by the Balenciaga wunderkind himself, and the entire show will be sponsored by Hugo Boss.

The sci-fi-inspired presentation is said to be based on the 70s film Soylent Green, and with Ghesquiere's predilection for space-age, otherworldly designs, it sounds like a fitting collaboration to us.
