With Halloween just around the corner, what better way to get beautiful than with pumpkins? Pumpkins are an excellent source of Vitamins A , C and Zinc which, in combination, do wonders for healing and repairing skin. They are also full of alpha-hydroxy acids which help slough off dead skin cells to reveal fresh, glowing skin.
