Melanie Bernier is a gorgeous, young French actress who we've never heard of before, but she made quite an impression at the Quantum of Solace Paris premiere. We cut the French some slack -- they can pull off some edgier, funkier looks than most of us can, but this? Uhhh, no.
%Gallery-23586%This hair is killing us. And, as you see here, it doesn't get any better with a up close. This was taken on the day before Halloween, so maybe she was just practicing hair for a crazy costume ... but we doubt it.
We're also not all that excited about the rest of her outfit, what with this being a movie premiere, but since she's so darn cute (seriously, just look at that face! Don't you want to buy her a puppy?), we're going to give her a pass on it.
Plus, she's French, so it's entirely possible we'll be wearing the exact same thing to a formal event next year.
