Fingerless gloves for men: would you wear them?
Bottega Venetta sent fingerless gloves down the runway at their A/W 2009 menswear show. Of course, these weren't your average do-it-yourself, cut-off K-Mart gloves. They were heavy, knit cashmere and, like everything else BV sells, will likely cost a pretty penny.
In fact, they even won over The Sartorialist, who was previously opposed to the impracticality of such an item. (I mean, aren't gloves supposed to keep your whole hand warm?) What do you think guys--are these cool and tough, or are they too fussy and impractical?
| Never, ever. Gloves are meant to keep fingers warm, people. | |

| Yes, but only this high-end, cleaned-up version. I like fashion and trying out new trends. | |
| Yes, but only the kind I cut off myself for free. It makes chopping wood/playing the guitar/working on the car easier. |
