Nicole Bridger is an eco-friendly designer that creates green garments that are still ultra cool and contemporary. Her super wearable line reminds us of something that a fashionable Brit's like Sienna Miller and Kate Moss might be obsessed with.

How green is Nicole Bridger?
Everything is made in Vancouver. We use fabrics like organic cotton, bamboo, hemp, organic wool and modal. All from renewable resources.

What inspired you to make green fashion?
I feel so strongly that everyone can make a difference even if it is small. And I am very fortunate to be able to do something I love while creating change at the same time.

Where did the "I am love" quote evolve?
I believe that at the root of each of us, this is what we are.

Who are some of your favorite designers?
Right now I am loving Isabel Marant, she totally gets it. Modern, feminine, wearable but totally strong and interesting.

What makes Nicole Bridger different from competition?
It's about creating something that is good and true, something you can believe in and feel good about. If you get that, then you get us.

How would you describe your collection's aesthetic?
Everything is wearable and comfortable but makes you feel romantic and beautiful in a very casual kind of way. There is a playfulness, a kind of relaxed happiness in our pieces.

Anything new and exciting on the horizon?
Well I'm having my first baby at the end of January, so that is requiring me to really focus the line on what we do best: tops, tunics, cardigans and dresses. Many of the pieces we do are a great crossover for maternity so we are starting to be carried in maternity stores. But not a maternity line, just pieces that work for before, during and after pregnancy.
