Why aren't we writing about PHI yet? We thought about this question and have only one answer: we've been desperately negligent.

PHI is an internationally recognized designer with a swanky, spacious shop in Soho (71 Greene Street) stocked with designs we'd classify as "somewhere between Chanel and Betsey Johnson with a dash of Trashy Lingerie" -- classic lines with a punky, gothic, free love spirit.
