The first word I think of is "publicity". I have to agree that she is desperate for attention, probably out of jealously. She is seeing how happy Brad & Angie are. She may even have some fantasy that Brad will notice her again. Sort of a "see what you gave up" kind of message. She really needs to move on and get over it.
