Drowned Rat Hair Help
Yesterday we got this question from a reader:I need help for very thin, very straight, and extra baby fine hair. Or shall I say, has all the negatives in type of hair except frizz. I am looking for help and not able to find any. Even past hairdressers are at a loss. I know I am not the only one out here that has gone through life looking like a drowned rat.
