So, the results are in. We asked you if purse hooks (like the one from SilverHooks at right) are cool or dorky.And you said: Dorky. Well, 67.4% of you did. And guess what? We're going with the majority on this one.
We women have enough essentials to carry around. Don't make us add a purse hook. It's mean spirited. And purse hooks are dorky.
Lara, who wrote in, had a great point:
"I do appreciate when the bar has them installed under the bar ledge as I tend to carry a lot around and will not put my bag on the back of my chair and hate putting it on the dirty floor. Usually if there is no hook my heavy bag sits on my lap which does put a damper on the bar experience. Now I fear I have spent an absurd amount of time on this topic."
As have we. But she's right! Why is it that only random pubs and dive bars have purse hooks installed?
