Our new First Lady cemented her reputation as a sophisticated follower of fashion when she chose this sunny yellow ensemble from designer Isabel Toledo for her husband's swearing in ceremony (she ordered the dress and matching coat from Ikram, one of her favorite Chicago boutiques).
