Tray of Spicy Lemonade from (capsule)
All the movie stars are doing it. Cleansing can be very rewarding, both physically and mentally, but how do you know if you're doing the right one? Blue Print Cleanse has three different types of cleanses they deliver to your door. But how do you know which one is right for you?

The cleanses are Renovation, Foundation, and Excavation.

The Renovation Cleanse is for the type of person who doesn't get a lot of fruits and veggies, maybe eats some fast food, that kind of thing. The menu includes Green Juice, pineapple, apple, mint, Spicy Lemonade, carrot, ginger, lemon, beet, and Cashew Nut Milk.

The Foundation Cleanse is for people who are eating sort of healthy, but aren't like, vegan. The menu is very similar, but doesn't include ginger, beet, or carrot.

The Excatvation Cleanse is for the very food-conscious; people who try to eat organic and don't drink a lot. Their menu features a lot of Green Juice, Green Juice with Ginger, Cashew Nut Milk and Spicy Lemonade.

You can even get group rates if you want to do it with friends or your work. They also offer a monthly unlimited package if you're that hard core. You can get two, three, four, five, or six day cleanses. A five-day Renovation Cleanse costs $65 per day in New York, $75 per day in Connecticut, and $85 per day nationwide (they FedEx it overnight). The prices include tax and delivery.

So clean up your act!
