We are all over this tuxedo jacket/shorts trend, first shown at Alexander Wang for Spring '09, and now worn by starlet Emma Roberts.Although we are over the moon about Emma's pairing of a tailored jacket with a casual short (which is definitely going to be our uniform d'jour come summer), we are equally ecstatic about, you guessed it, her cobalt blue pumps.
