Glory for Girls - Natural Skincare for Tweens & Teens

When Brittany Clotfelter's oldest daughter Remy came home from a birthday party anxious to try on the bright makeup, body lotion and glitter in a goodie bag, her skin immediately broke out into hives.
"I looked in the bag and it was an American Girl product -- Real Beauty -- and half of the ingredients were synthetics, artificial fragrances, and artificial colors made in China, said Clotfelter. "And I thought there just had to be something out there better than this."
Within three months, two girlfriends approached her in search of skincare products for their teenage daughters, setting Clotfelter on a mission to create a line "that wasn't a toy or gimmick."
Nearly two years later, Glory for Girls was born.
Glory for Girls is an all-natural skincare line of face and body washes, lotions, deodorant, sunscreen, and lip balms free of the toxins, parabens and artificial fragrances that are typically loaded into products for tweens and teens.
"I thought it was a great way to bring natural into a girl's beauty regime," said Clotfelter, "Something that was gentle, good for everyday use, good for girls."
Glory is a brand that takes girls seriously by providing products that aim to give them spa like luxury, but in a fun and fresh way. And though I may be just a tad bit older than Clotfelter's daughters, after using Glory for Girls for a few weeks, I'm convinced that this is no gimmick. My skin is definitely smoother and softer, and those tiny blemishes on my cheeks are gradually disappearing thanks to the new Everyday Clarifying Lotion and Everyday Clarifying Pads with their intoxicating citrus aroma.
My favorite products (pictured above) are the Grapefruit Lip Balm packed with ingredients like soy, olive oil and beeswax (which soothes and hydrates my severely dry lips) and the Coconut Scrub with its tiny pink and white jojoba beads get my rough heels soft again after a long day of wearing stilettos-making this line not only girl-friendly, but mom-friendly, too!
