THE SCOOP: Michelle Obama favorite Narciso Rodriguez sent out a collection of straight, structured silhouettes in bold colors, which were complimented beautifully by conspicuously kohl-rimmed eyes "I want the girls to look like they're wearing leftover makeup, like they just took off their jeans and slipped on an evening outfit and went out," said makeup artist Dick Page. "You know, migrated makeup." He rimmed the upper and lower lids with black kohl liner, and created a smudgy look on the upper lids with a little grease. On the lips, there was a dab of gloss, and nothing else.
