All-American Rejects frontman Tyson Ritter might seem an unlikely candidate to be one half of a fashion power couple. But as the face of the fall 08 Hugo Boss Orange menswear campaign, and with model Kim Smith on his arm, the Oklahoma native and his girlfriend have become regulars in the world's fashion capitals.

Unfortunately the couple got a bit more than they bargained for on a recent visit to the bistro Bagatelle in New York City's hip Meatpacking District. A spy says Ritter was politely fending off the attention of young ladies as he and Smith dined with Yellow Fever designer Jamison Ernest. But during the course of the evening, someone--thought to be one of the light-fingered admirers--made off with Ritter's iPhone.

"There were some pretty intimate pictures of him and Kim on there," laughs a friend. "They were turning the place upside down trying to find it. But it was gone, and he never got it back."

Reached for comment, Ernest confirmed the loss of the phone and said, "I didn't see the pictures but I'm sure they're good. Kim's pretty stunning!"
