As Tiffany previously announced, America's favorite department store, JCPenney, has brought on designers Charlotte Ronson and Allen Schwartz of ABS by Allen Schwartz to appeal to a younger, more fashion forward generation.

Charlotte Ronson is best known for her downtown clothing line and for her possibly half insane sister, Samantha, who is a DJ and also the girlfriend of party girl Lindsay Lohan. (No offense on the insanity tip Samantha, but if you're dating LiLo ... we're just sayin'.)

Allen Schwartz is known as, for lack of better words, as the Knockoff King. While his ABS line does come up with their own unique designs, they are also known for their immediate interpretations of red carpet gowns that make "best dressed" lists. But it's safe to say that his new Allen B. line is totally separate and unique from the ABS entity and completely California casual to boot.

Both the I Heart Ronson and Allen B. lines are in stores now.
