Project Runway Contestant Arrested - Who Throws a Cat? Honestly!

What would Austin Powers say? Kenley Collins of Project Runway fame has been arrested and accused of throwing a cat at her fiance. Twenty-six year old Kenley Collins faces some very serious charges: assault and criminal possession of a weapon. The weapon? Well, we're not sure if they mean the cat, the laptop computer, or the three apples she threw at musician Zak Penley, according to police sources interviewed by The New York Post.

According to the neighbors, the couple has been fighting since they moved in last September. Neighbor Ken Edge told The Post:

"I can hear Kenley much louder than I can hear Zak. When she speaks, she yells. Since she moved in around September, there have been a lot of noise problems."

She apparently also "slammed a door on his head and doused him with water before he was able to dial 911, law enforcement sources said." (US Magazine)

Good heavens, what did he do to aggravate such ire? We've known the very talented Kenley Collins to be a little dramatic, but this is pretty extreme. Collins, known for her flirty, youthful, and fun designs on Project Runway was arrested Tuesday morning, but later released from Brooklyn Supreme Court with no bail requested.

Collins told the New York Post "it was a miscommunication," and described the incident as just a bad breakup. "Fights happen, and that's that. There is no case."

We're guessing this isn't about how his last name is almost the same as her first name -- which is pretty annoying, but not throw a cat annoying.

I guess if you're a cowboy in a rodeo, wrestling steers to the ground by trying to rit its' horns off, or leaping onto a calf from a horse and hog-tying it, ... is far less cruelty to animals than someone tossing a cat a few feet to another person.???

The idiot who wrote this article called her "very talented." Why? Because she can walk down a runway without tripping over her own feet? Wow--that's some talent she's supposedly got! Seems to me she's no better than any other reality show hack job who wants to become rich and famous for doing nothing. As for throwing the cat, I hope they throw the book at her in return. Animal abuse is no laughing matter, and this whore doesn't deserve to have an innocent animal anywhere near her.

Research in psychology and criminology shows that people who commit acts of cruelty against animals don't stop there; many of them move on to their fellow humans. People who harm pets are at risk for other kinds of acting out behavior and need immediate help. What also goes along with torturing animals is setting fires. So, if her mate smokes, he better be aware!

This woman needs humane and psychological counselling right away. I hope and pray the cat is safe and away from her. And yes, cruelty charges need to be filed. There needs to be zero tolerance for cruelty, period.

Let's have the punishment fit the crime. Pick her up and sling her as far as possible, maybe downward off a building, for example. People who are cruel to animals are usually also cruel to other people. The world is overpopulated and has many, many un-needed people. Such as this wench are among those who are not needed.
